Ellen Sirleaf Johnson Classroom -

25.00

Ellen Sirleaf Johnson is the first women President in Africa (Liberia) and a Nobel Peace Prize winner.

The Nyakiyumbu Widows Association is naming a classroom after her, because she’s an excellent role model in this region where girls education is rarely supported.

Nyakiyumbu is an impoverished village near the Congo border. The residents are primarily banana farmers.

There is a huge percentage of orphans in Nyakiyumbu, due to parents dying of malaria, AIDS, civll wars, accidents, etc.
